So best place to start for me is the idea of ikigai cause it has a nice Venn diagram to help people navigate their purpose (or at least a modern interpretation of this)

Note the actual concept of ikigai did not have Venn diagrams. Today its a great marketing draw-in to the Venn diagram (check out the podcast)

These is also this Humanist chap called Maslow who created this brilliant hierarchy of needs

In his last few days /months/years of life Maslow added to this hierarchy with a 6th level called Meta motivation and lots of people aren't aware of this. The wikipedia page linked to is a bit intense (probably a reflection of the waning relevance of Wikipedia). So Gemini Lite produced this Meta motiviation explained- and I think its great!
