- For all, something we did not cover sufficiently, particularly with relation to Ghent, crossing lines and particularly tram tracks: When crossing lines in the ground, a little surface level change can cause a slip or fall.
- Tram tracks can be particularly dangerous, especially after or in rain. But even dry, they can catch a tyre and grip it, causing a fall. Please be particularly careful when crossing them. On some streets they run parallel to the direction of travel and we may still have to cross them. Do so by turning sharply towards them, to cross as close to right angles as possible.
